MEDITATION

YouTube Talk
Meditation is coming to stillness; the first step is holding the mind and body to one location, the next, aligning to the subtle body as it takes form. It is being in the now in the vastness of formless life that is your true nature.
The stillness in meditation arises from the summation of one's energy. There cannot be a doer involved, for the mind of the doer is dishonesty. Meditation can only happen in absolute stillness without a doer seeking it out.
If we ask how to meditate, the method will not only strengthen the doer but sink us deeper into our own conditioning. The philosophical mind, no matter how practical it declares itself, remains the doer and this is the mischief of the worldly seeking power over others.
Real meditation comes from the far shore of the void, from the stillness of no-mind. The thinker is obliged to completely surrender.
Meditation cannot be structured by the thinking process. It is the negation of the whole structure of thought, letting the mind fall still without doing or expectation. All thought is in the limitation of the known which is the regurgitating past. It can never be now.
Meditation is stillness, the door to the unknown, and this stillness can only be where mind is not.
Note to the listener
When the speaker uses the terms 'I' and 'me', they are being applied in their universality, the fact being there is only one 'me' as one 'I' in existence and you alone are it.
